How Much Does It Cost to File My Divorce?

Superior Court filing fees vary by county, see list and links below for the most recent Georgia filing fees as of October 2019.

If your county is not listed, call the Clerk of the Superior Court in your county for the most recent fees.

There are two main online e-filing providers in Georgia, https://peachcourt.com/ and http://www.odysseyefilega.com/. Check with your County Superior Court or see the provider list here: www.gabar.org to see which provider your County Superior Court uses for their eFiling. The eFiling adds an additional fee for an average total of $240.

The filing fee is paid to the Clerk’s office through the eFiling provider for the filing and processing of your case. If your case requires service of process by the Sheriff, there is a separate fee to the Sheriff’s office of $50.00 per person, per address.
